Description

The West Development Zones is bordered by new park space on one side and the promenade, which encircles the entire Island, on the other. The West Development Zone, approximately 7 acres, has unparalleled views of New York Harbor and Statue of Liberty and is approximately a 5-minute walk from Yankee Pier.

About Western Development Zone
